I enjoyed my stay with a super comfy bed and tasty breakfast that hit the spot. The chill lounge area and game room were great for unwinding after a long day. Just wish the shower had better water pressure, but it didn’t ruin my time! 😊

Perfect spot near the city!
Had a cool stay. The place is super close to the city and easy parking nearby is a bonus. Breakfast was solid, but the room felt kinda basic. Oh, and it's next to a busy road, so it gets loud at night. Just keep that in mind! The bar area looked nice, though.

the room was clean and tidy, and perfect for just crashing after a concert. its super close to the o2 academy, which made it easy to get there for my gig. breakfast was included and it was pretty good, continental style with enough options. oh, and the pub downstairs was nice too, great for a drink after the show. staff were really friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome.
the room was a bit small for my taste and could use some more storage space. also, the stairs felt narrow which might be tricky if you've got big luggage.

The Indian restaurant served a delightful evening meal, and the cozy pub vibe downstairs added charm to my stay. Plus, the location near the O2 Academy made hopping over for a gig super easy!
But the shower had no hot water, which was a right pain, and the breakfast was a total letdown—a bit chaotic and lacking in options. The room could use some serious TLC.

Great Stay with Excellent Location
I had a wonderful one-night stay in the Standard Double Room. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and right across from the O2 Academy, making it super convenient for exploring or catching a show. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast offered a decent variety. there could be improvements in sound insulation since the street noise was noticeable at times.

Convenient Location but Expect Noise
We spent one night in a basic room. While the breakfast was surprisingly decent, the noise from the busy road made it hard to sleep. For light sleepers, consider earplugs. The team was helpful, but managing expectations about comfort is crucial.

Solo travelers will be satisfied
The staff were lovely! After making my late check-in they were extremely helpful, even gave me their private number for the keys, which is impressive for late arrivals. The breakfast was also exceptional, served in a cozy area that doubles as the pub, it felt like family.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but you get a good value for what you pay.
